Ingredients
- 1 fish (white)
- 1 lacama
- 1 c tomatoes
- 1 c potatoes
- 1 c carrots
- 1 c onion
- 1/2 c olive oil
- 1 t sweet pepper (red)
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1/2 ts saffron
- 1 slice pepper (red)
Layer all ingredients. Pour over the hot oil. Top with the pimento. Simmer slowly for about 3/4 hour. Do not mix. Serve: Hot, with drops of lemon juice.
