Ingredients
- 1 fish (white)
- 1 lacama
- 160 gr tomatoes
- 150 gr potatoes
- 130 gr carrots
- 120 gr onion
- 120 ml olive oil
- 3 gr sweet pepper (red)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr saffron
- 1 slice pepper (red)
Layer all ingredients. Pour over the hot oil. Top with the pimento. Simmer slowly for about 0.75 hour. Do not mix. Serve: Hot, with drops of lemon juice.
