Ingredients
- 4 sirloin steaks
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 3/8 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons onion (sliced)
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon steak sauce
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package french onions (fried)
Combine all ingredients except steak and french-fried onions in skillet, and mix together.
Cook steaks in skillet on medium-high, seven minutes per side. Top with french-fried onions.
Serve with baked potatoes.
