Ingredients
- 5 vegetable bouillion (cubes)
- 2 stalks celery
- 2 cans of tomatoes (diced)
- 1 onion up (cut)
- 1 potato
- 1/2 green pepper
- 2 c tomato juice
- 1 lb mushrooms
- 1 tb salt
- 1 ds pepper
- 1 ds cayenne pepper
- 2 packages mixed vegetables (frozen)
- 1 package okra (frozen cut)
- 1 package pinto beans
In a large covered pot, combine water, bouillion cubes, salt and a dash of pepper. Then add remaining ingredients. Cook together 5-6 hours. Excellent reheated.
