Ingredients
- 2 orange roughy fillets
- 5/8 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons onion (minced)
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
Combine all ingredients except orange roughy; mix well. Brush mixture generously on both sides of fillets. Bake at 350F for for 25 minutes.
