Ingredients
- 2 orange roughy fillets
- 150 gr melted butter
- 12 gr onion (minced)
- 5 ml worcestershire sauce
- 3 gr seasoned salt
- 1 gr parsley flakes
Combine all ingredients except orange roughy; mix well. Brush mixture generously on both sides of fillets. Bake at 180ÂșC for for 25 minutes.
