Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 water
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 balls
- 1/4 green pepper
- 2 lb gound meat
- 2 c tomato sauce
- 1 lb sirloin steak
- 1/2 c wine (white)
- 1/2 lb cheddar cheese
- 1 tb garlic powder
- 1 tb onion powder
- 2 ts flour
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 1 1/2 ts cayenne pepper
