- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 balls
- 1/4 green pepper
- 525 gr gound meat
- 475 ml tomato sauce
- 450 gr sirloin steak
- 120 ml wine (white)
- 110 gr cheddar cheese
- 10 gr garlic powder
- 7 gr onion powder
- 5 gr flour
- 5 gr flour
- 4 gr cayenne pepper
