Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 clove garlic menced
- 2,400 ml boiling water
- 450 gr beef (ground)
- 240 ml cream cottage cheese
- 110 gr mozzarella cheese (sliced)
- 55 gr cheddar cheese
- 55 gr lasagna noodles
- 8 gr shortening
- 2 gr oregano
- 1 gr pepper
- 1 package tomatoes (whole)
- 1 package tomato sauce
Saute onion, garlic, and meat in shortening about 20 minutes. Add next four ingredients. with 1 tsp salt. Simmer for 40 minutes. Cook noodles with 1 tablespoon salt for 20 minutes; drain. Put one third meat mixture in baking dish. Add layer of noodles, add half cottage cheese, one third Mozzarella, and half Cheddar. Repeat layers, ending with remaining meat mixture and top with remaining one third Mozzarella cheese.
