Ingredients
- 4 c carrots (grated)
- 3 tb lemon juice (fresh)
- 3 tb vegetable oil
- 1 ts sugar
- 1 tb parsley (chopped fresh)
- 1/2 ts coriander (ground)
- 1/4 ts salt
- 2 ts mint (chopped fresh)
