Ingredients
- 500 gr carrots (grated)
- 45 ml lemon juice (fresh)
- 45 ml vegetable oil
- 4 gr sugar
- 2 gr parsley (chopped fresh)
- 1 gr coriander (ground)
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr mint (chopped fresh)
