Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 8 ounces bacon crisp (cooked)
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup margarine softened
- 4 ounces swiss cheese (finely shredded)
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese (finely shredded)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 package cream cheese softened
Pastry shells: Combine ingredients and shape into 1 inch balls. Place into ligh tly greased miniature muffin pans (1 3/4 inch) forms into shells and prick with fork. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Filling: Combine onion, bacon and che eses; fill each pastry shell. Liquid Filling: Combine eggs, half & half and sea sonings in large mixer bowl. Pour into pastry shells over the bacon mixture. Ba ke at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until set. Can be prepared ahead of time an d frozen. Recipe from "One Million Recipes CD" busted by Judy R.
