Ingredients
- 4 1/2 oat bran
- 2 baking sheets with nonstick cooking
- 2 onto prepared sheets (apart)
- 1 egg
- 4 1/2 oz quick oats
- 6 tb granulated sugar
- 1/4 c margarine
- 2 tb apple juice
- 3/4 ts baking powder
- 1/2 ts cinnamon
- 1/4 ts salt
cookies. Flatten with spatula. Bake 12-15 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool on rack. Store in airtight container. Each serving (2 cookies) provides: 1 fat, 1 bread, 35 optional calories. Per serving: 135 calories.
