- 1/2 cup cheese after step (shredded)
- 1/4 cup ham to egg mixture during step (diced)
- 1/4 cup green pepper (chopped)
- 1/4 cup onion (chopped)
- 1 tb butter
- 1/4 ts salt
- some pepper
- some bacon drippings may be used in place of the butter
during Steps 4 and 6. Onion Omelet: Add 1/2 cup sauteed onions to egg mixture during Step 1.
