- 1/2 place on a heat-resistant

- 60 gr cheese after step (shredded)
- 55 gr ham to egg mixture during step (diced)
- 34 gr green pepper (chopped)
- 30 gr onion (chopped)
- 14 gr butter
- 1 gr salt
- some pepper
- some bacon drippings may be used in place of the butter
during Steps 4 and 6. Onion Omelet: Add half cup sauteed onions to egg mixture during Step 1.
