Pan-sized Lemon-blackberry Pancakes With Citr

Ingredients

  • 10 in nonstick skillet over heat
  • 8 blackberries (frozen)
  • 2 eggs (separated)
  • 1 batter being sure to get even amount of berries in pancake (into pan)
  • 1 lemon zest (finely minced)
  • 1 individual berries block with no sugar partially defrosted but firm (not frozen)
  • 1/2 egg whites batter to lighten i (into)
  • 1 3/4 c milk
  • 2 c sugar
  • 2 1/4 c flour
  • 1 c water
  • 5/8 c lemon juice (fresh)
  • 1/4 c butter melted
  • 3 tb sugar
  • 2 tb lemon zes heat water (grated)
  • 2 ts baking powder
  • 1/2 ts baking soda
  • 1/2 ts salt
