- 10 in nonstick skillet over heat
- 8 blackberries (frozen)
- 2 eggs (separated)
- 1 batter being sure to get even amount of berries in pancake (into pan)
- 1 lemon zest (finely minced)
- 1 individual berries block with no sugar partially defrosted but firm (not frozen)
- 1/2 egg whites batter to lighten i (into)
- 1 3/4 c milk
- 2 c sugar
- 2 1/4 c flour
- 1 c water
- 5/8 c lemon juice (fresh)
- 1/4 c butter melted
- 3 tb sugar
- 2 tb lemon zes heat water (grated)
- 2 ts baking powder
- 1/2 ts baking soda
- 1/2 ts salt
