  • 1 lemon zest (finely minced)
  • 1 individual berries block with no sugar partially defrosted but firm (not frozen)
  • 1/2 egg whites batter to lighten i (into)
  • 425 ml milk
  • 400 gr sugar
  • 280 gr flour
  • 240 ml water
  • 140 ml lemon juice (fresh)
  • 55 gr butter melted
  • 38 gr sugar
  • 30 ml lemon zes heat water (grated)
  • 9 gr baking powder
  • 2 gr baking soda
  • 1 gr salt
