- 1 lemon zest (finely minced)
- 1 individual berries block with no sugar partially defrosted but firm (not frozen)
- 1/2 egg whites batter to lighten i (into)
- 425 ml milk
- 400 gr sugar
- 280 gr flour
- 240 ml water
- 140 ml lemon juice (fresh)
- 55 gr butter melted
- 38 gr sugar
- 30 ml lemon zes heat water (grated)
- 9 gr baking powder
- 2 gr baking soda
- 1 gr salt
