Ingredients
- 1/2 c mixed vegetables (frozen)
- 5/8 c rotini noodles
- 1/4 c mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 2 t mayonnaise
- 1 t basil (chopped)
- 1/2 t oregano (dried)
Cook pasta in a pot of boiling salted water until tender. Drain and rinse with cold water. Drain well. Add vegetables and cheese. Stir in mayonnaise, basil or parsley and oregano.
