Ingredients

- 1 onion
- 1 pound penne
- 1/4 cup cream (heavy)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup packed basil leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper (crushed red)
- 1 package peas (frozen)
