Ingredients
- 1 1/2 baltimore spice old bay seasoning
- 1 pound round steak in (cut thin)
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup green pepper (sliced)
- 1 cup onion (sliced)
- 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/2 cup coarsely celery (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 teaspoon salt
In skillet, brown round steak slightly in butter or margarine. Add vegetables, salt and Baltimore Spice Old Bay Seasoning. Stir fry about 5 minutes. Mix corn starch with water and soy sauce. Pour over vegetables. Stir until sauce is thick and slightly transparent. Serve over rice. Makes 6 servings
