Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 lb beef (ground)
- 1/2 c barbecue sauce
- 2 tb soy sauce
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1/4 ts pepper
In a skillet, brown beef; drain. Transfer to a 5 qt. slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook on low for 4-8 hours or until bubbly. side-dish serving. Typed in MMFormat by cjhartlin@msn.com ----
