Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 garlic clove
- 450 gr beef (ground)
- 120 ml barbecue sauce
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr pepper
In a skillet, brown beef; drain. Transfer to a 5 litre slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook on low for 4-8 hours or until bubbly. side-dish serving. Typed in MMFormat by cjhartlin@msn.com ----
