Ingredients
- some pita breads
- some garlic flavored olive oil
- some rehydrated sun
- some artichoke hearts
- some basil
- some mozzarella cheese
Heat a baking sheet in a very hot oven. Lightly brush pita breads on both side with oil. Top each with tomato halves, artichokes. Sprinkle with basil and cheese. Bake on hot sheet about 5 minutes until bread is crisp and cheese is melted.
