- 1/2 lb pork (lean)
- 1/2 c green onions with top (sliced)
- 1/2 c celery (sliced)
- 3 tb soy sauce
- 1 tb water
- 1 tablespoon oil in separate (pan)
- 2 teaspoons oil
- 1/2 ts sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon sal stir-fry over high heat until browned
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- some sugar
and curl back. Chill in water 1 hour or overnight. Drain well before using.
