- 60 gr green onions with top (sliced)
- 50 gr celery (sliced)
- 45 ml soy sauce
- 16 ml water
- 16 ml oil in separate (pan)
- 10 ml oil
- 2 gr sugar
- 1 gr sal stir-fry over high heat until browned
- 1 gr salt
- some sugar
and curl back. Chill in water 1 hour or overnight. Drain well before using.
