Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 bisquick mix
- 1 c milk
- 1/2 c pumpkin (cooked)
- 1/4 c salad oil
- 2 tb sugar
- 1/2 ts ginger
- 1/2 ts cinnamon
- 1/2 ts nutmeg
Beat eggs in a small mixer bowl on high speed for 5 minutes or until thick and lemon-colored. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour batter by Tbsps. onto medium-hot griddle. Bake until puffed and bubbles begin to break. Turn and bake> other side until golden brown. Makes about five dozen, 2" pancakes. I bet these smell good too! FROM: ANN DANIELS (DXBN11A) ----
