- 1 egg
- 1/2 green cabbag (finely shredded)
- 230 gr only one type of cabbage but for the sake of color would choose cabbage (red)
- 130 gr wheat flour (whole)
- 120 gr non (plain)
- 95 gr all purpose flour
- 60 ml orange juice concentrate
- 60 gr powdered nonfat milk
- 60 ml orange juice
- 60 ml canola oil
- 45 gr cabbage (finely shredded red)
- 32 gr sesame seeds (toasted)
- 14 gr sugar replace concentrate
- 9 gr baking powder
- 5 ml lemon juice
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr mace
- 1 gr ginger (ground)
minutes or until a tester inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean. Turn the bread out onto a rack to cool completely before slicing. This is a great bread to serve with a soup or salad meal. After the first day, it is wonderful toasted. Try it, too, as a sandwich bread.
