Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 bisquick mix
- 240 ml milk
- 120 gr pumpkin (cooked)
- 60 ml salad oil
- 26 gr sugar
- 2 gr ginger
- 1 gr cinnamon
- 1 gr nutmeg
Beat eggs in a small mixer bowl on high speed for 5 minutes or until thick and lemon-colored. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour batter by Tablespoons. onto medium-hot griddle. Bake until puffed and bubbles begin to break. Turn and bake> other side until golden brown. Makes about five dozen, 5 cm pancakes. I bet these smell good too! FROM: ANN DANIELS (DXBN11A) ----
