Ingredients
- 1 chives
- 1/4 thinly scallions (sliced)
- 1/4 c yogurt (fresh plain)
- 1/4 c lite sour cream
- 1/2 ts prepared horseradish
- 1 tb parsley (chopped)
- 1/4 ts pepper (fresh ground)
- 1 pn salt
- some radishes
