- 2 radicchio
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 onion (red)
- 190 gr spinach
- 180 ml sour cream (light)
- 80 gr mushrooms
- 70 gr pine nuts (toasted)
- 60 ml buttermilk
- 30 ml lemon juice
- 26 gr dill (fresh)
seasoning adding more lemon juice and dill to taste. Use about 0.75 cup(175ml) dressing for salad and reserve the remainder to use as a dip or to dress another salad.
