Ingredients
- 10 skillet over heat until the onion is tender
- 2 jalapeno chiles
- 2 garlic (cloves)
- 1 chipotle chile
- 1 chiles (red)
- 30 oz black beans
- 1/4 c onion
- 2 tb vegetable oil
- 1/2 ts salt
remaining ingredients and mash the beans. Cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until thick, about 15 minutes. Serve.
