- 8 c steamed spinach (rinsed)
- 1 t olive oil
- 1 ts olive oil
- 1/4 ts salt
- 1 pn pepper flakes (crushed red)
- 2 slices garlic (cloves)
Sprinkle with salt. Increase heat to medium-high and cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Each half cup serving provides: 1/2 FA and 2V.
