Ingredients

- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
Mix ingredients well in a blender, and pour over your pot roast. Cook until tender, 810 hours on Low.
