Ingredients
- 1 beef
- 60 ml ketchup
- 60 ml vinegar
- 60 ml olive oil
- 30 ml worcestershire sauce
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 5 ml mustard
- 3 gr garlic powder
- 1 gr rosemary
Mix ingredients well in a blender, and pour over your pot roast. Cook until tender, 810 hours on Low.
