Ingredients
- 6 sirloin steaks
- 1/2 c bottled steak sauce
- 2 tb dijon-sytle mustard
- 1 tb brown sugar
- 4 ts peppercorns (whole)
- 1 ts salt
Crush peppercorns coarsely with a rolling pin. Mix Steak sauce, mustard, brown sugar and salt. Marinate overnight or until ready to cook. Grill as usual, using the marinade as a baste. Very good pepper steaks!! ----
