Ingredients
- 6 sirloin steaks
- 120 ml bottled steak sauce
- 30 ml dijon-sytle mustard
- 14 gr brown sugar
- 12 gr peppercorns (whole)
- 3 gr salt
Crush peppercorns coarsely with a rolling pin. Mix Steak sauce, mustard, brown sugar and salt. Marinate overnight or until ready to cook. Grill as usual, using the marinade as a baste. Very good pepper steaks!! ----
