Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 t milk
- 3 t onion (minced)
- 1 t butter
- 1 t flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 pn nutmeg
- 2 packages spinach (frozen)
Make a roux with onion, butter & flour. Stir in milk & egg. Add spinach, salt and nutmeg. Heat through. Fill crepes, and bake 10-15 min. at 350.
