Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 10 ml milk
- 6 gr onion (minced)
- 5 gr butter
- 3 gr flour
- 1 gr salt
- 1 gr nutmeg
- 2 packages spinach (frozen)
Make a roux with onion, butter & flour. Stir in milk & egg. Add spinach, salt and nutmeg. Heat through. Fill crepes, and bake 10-15 min. at 350.
