Ingredients
- 2 onions
- 1 green pepper
- 2 lb beef (ground)
- 15 1/2 oz kidney beans
- 15 oz tomato sauce
- 16 oz tomatoes
- 1/2 c ketchup
- 2 tb vegetable oil
- 2 tb chili powder
- 1/4 ts pepper
powder, salt and pepper to meat mixture. Simmer, uncovered, for 30 minutes. Stir in kidney beans, and simmer 15 minutes longer. Serve with hot cornbread and honey butter.
