Minute Steak Stew

Directions: Worchestershire sauce, brown sugar, chili pepper, black pepper, to taste, if desired Pound steak and cube. Roll in seasoned flour. Brown in shortening with chopped onions & peppers in fat-free beef broth. Place into large dutch oven. Pour in sauce with 2 cans water. Add potatoes, carrots, and peas. Cook slowly until tender, about 1 hour.
