Ingredients
- 1 1/2 apples (diced)
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1/2 c nut meats
- 1/2 c flour
- 2 ts baking powder
- 1 ts vanilla
Mix together Flour, sugar, salt & baking powder and add to apples & nuts. Beat egg & vanilla. Mix all together. Spread on well oiled 9" pie plate. Bake at 25 min at 350. Serve warm w/vanilla ice cream or w/whipped cream. ----
