Ingredients
- 16 oz green beans (cut)
- 16 oz dark kidney beans (red)
- 16 oz wax beans (yellow)
- 1/2 c cider vinegar
- 1/2 c salad oil
- 1 c celery (diced)
- 1/2 c granulated sugar
- 1/2 c green bell pepper (minced)
- 1/2 c onion (minced)
- 1 ts salt
- 1/4 ts pepper
Drain beans, place in mixing bowl. Add green bell pepper, celery and onion. Mix oil and vinegar with sugar, salt and pepper. Pour over bean mixture. Mix together. Transfer to large non metallic container. Cover and refrigerate overnight or longer for flavors to blend. Occasionally stir the mixture. Serve with slotted spoon.
