Ingredients

- 1 at a time
- 1 1/2 cups unbleached flour
- 1/2 cup tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons basil (fresh finely chopped)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
This recipe is for an egg pasta. Omit the egg and increase the olive oil to 1 tbl. for an eggless version.
