- 1 pound mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 3/8 cup basil (fresh chopped)
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 package pepper to (freshly ground taste)
- some cook pasta according to directions
Makes approximately six 2-cup servings.
