Ingredients
- 2 tortellini
- 2 garlic (minced cloves)
- 1 c mayonnaise
- 1 c cherry tomato (halves)
- 1 c julienne zucchini
- 1 c julienne carrots
- 1/2 c walnuts (chopped)
- 2 tb milk
- 1/4 c parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c parsley (chopped)
- 1 1/2 ts basil leaves (crushed)
Combine first six ingredients. Add remaining ingredients except walnuts. Chill. Add walnuts before serving. Makes 4 servings.
