Ingredients
- 2 tortellini
- 2 garlic (minced cloves)
- 240 ml mayonnaise
- 160 gr cherry tomato (halves)
- 130 gr julienne zucchini
- 130 gr julienne carrots
- 60 gr walnuts (chopped)
- 30 ml milk
- 20 gr parmesan cheese
- 7 gr parsley (chopped)
- 1 gr basil leaves (crushed)
Combine first six ingredients. Add remaining ingredients except walnuts. Chill. Add walnuts before serving. Makes 4 servings.
