Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 16 oz pumpkin
- 14 oz eagle brand sweetened milk
- 1 ts gound cinnamon
- 1/2 ts ginger (ground)
- 1/2 ts nutmeg
- 1/2 ts salt
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In mixer bowl, combine all ingredients except pastry shell. Mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake 15 min. Reduce oven temp. to 350 degrees; bake 35 to 40 min. longer or until center is set. Cool. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate leftovers. ~
