Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3 c all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c butter
- 1 1/2 c brown sugar
- 2 c pecans
- 1 c peanuts
- 6 oz chocolate chips
- 2 ts vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 ts baking soda
- 1 1/2 ts salt
- 2 packages candies
- 2 packages reeses (pieces)
Mix together the flour, salt, and baking soda and set aside. In a large bowl, cream the butter, eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract. Gradually add the dry ingredients to form a firm dough. Divide into three parts. E.T. Cookies: fold into the dough 1 cup chopped peanuts and 2, 1.95 oz. (candy counter size) packages of Reeses Pieces. M & M Cookies: fold into the dough 1 cup chopped pecans and 2, 1.69 oz. packages (candy counter size) of M & M's plain chocolate candies. Chocolate Chip Cookies: fold into the dough chopped pecans and chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 12 minutes at 375~. Let cool on cookie sheet for 2 minutes before removing to rack to cool all the way. ----
