Ingredients

- 1 min in saucepan
- 1 lb shrimp
- 1/2 c whipping cream
- 1/4 c crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 c green onions (sliced)
- 1/4 c swiss cheese (shredded)
- 1/4 c paresan cheese (grated)
- 1 t butter
- 1 ts oregano (dried)
You can substitue lobster, crab or whatever you like in place of the shrimp. This is quick and easy to prepare and quite good...
