Ingredients
- 3 lb filet mignon tips
- 1 1/2 lb mushrooms
- 3/4 c sour cream
- 5/8 c cream (heavy)
- 1 c onion (finely chopped)
- 4 tb butter (unsalted)
- 2 1/4 ts dijon mustard
- 2 tb dill (fresh)
- 2 3/4 ts flour
- 1 1/2 tb parsley (fresh)
Slice the beef into thin strips approx. 1 1/2" 2" in length. Heat a large cast iron skillet over high heat and add the meat a few stripos at a time to sear the meat. Remove the meat from the heat and set aside. Reduce the heat in the skillet to medium and melt the butter. Add the onion, saute', until soft
